The Beckbury Show Ariel View

Welcome to the Beckbury Show

Now in its ninth year, the show has once again grown and promises to be even bigger and better.

Taking place in the Shropshire village of Beckbury on Saturday 23rd September and starting at 11.00, the show boasts a 14 acre site with even more attractions and things to do – whilst retaining the key principles of being a fun filled, inexpensive day out for the whole family - and offering FREE car parking.

The event centres around the main arena where a range of traditional country pursuits and activities will be on display throughout the day for the enjoyment of all. This year’s entertainment includes the Pony Club mounted games and a falconry display. The enlarged entertainment stage brings together new talent with the traditional – featuring some fabulous local entertainers.

There’s lots of things to see at the Beckbury Show and it makes for a great, inexpensive day out. For children, the Kids Corner area has been extended and enlarged for 2017 and now includes bouncy castles and slides, traditional funfair rides, face painting, and a children’s tombola. For adults there’s the classic car and motorbike displays, the Shropshire Land Rover owners’ club display, a vintage tractor and military vehicle display plus a display of the latest BMW cars from our sponsors, Rybrook BMW Shrewsbury.

And with so much going on, you’re sure to need some refreshment so this year we have a Shropshire Hog Roast, a traditional BBQ featuring Beamans of Bridgnorth Sausages and Steak burgers plus a bar area featuring real ales, top quality lagers and ciders.

The Beckbury Show once again promises to be a great day out for the entire family with something for everyone to enjoy. We trust you will enjoy the show and look forward to welcoming you to our village on 23rd September 2017. Thank you for taking the time-out to support all our local charities.

Produce Show

The Produce Show has been running for many years, attracting entries from young and old across the wide range of categories but as ever, we want to make the Show even bigger this year and raise more money for local charities. Click here to view the list of entry categories - there’s something for everyone from vegetables and flower arrangements to homemade beverages and any sort of crafts, plus a children’s display on the theme of 'What Beckbury means to me' in a drawing. Trophies are given to the winners of a number of categories and all 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners receive a certificate so hopefully you’ll have something to show off to your family and friends recognising all your efforts!

We hope to see you before the 10.45am entry deadline on 23 September.
